Execution and receipt time of parcel
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24 hours.
In case you choose the payment by deposit, the duration of the order is extended until the amount is credited to our account. For each stage of order execution we inform, sending an e-mail. In individual cases, the duration of the order execution can be extended, in case of any delay we inform immediately by phone or e-mail.

Delivery of the order may be delayed:
During periods of high commercial traffic (Holidays, Discounts, Closing of stores by the state)
Due to adverse weather conditions
In case of force majeure
