You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

Note: If you choose to pay by deposit in one of our accounts, in order to proceed with the commitment & sending of your order it is necessary to first send us the deposit. If the deposit is not made within 48 hours, the order is canceled.

– Cash on delivery upon delivery of your order (with additional charge 3.00 €)

– By credit card through Alpha Bank’s online payment platform. It is possible to pay via credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

Shipping methods

You can pick up your order at your place.
Delivery of orders requires 1-3 working days. The above delivery time does not apply to periods of force majeure such as difficult weather conditions, strikes, etc.
Shipments are made with ELTA “Door-to-Door”

With the CLICK AWAY service you can make your purchases online, indicating in the comments of the order the receiving store where you wish to receive your parcel and we will contact you to set the day and time of receipt. If you wish to order by phone, you can contact the call center to place your order on the phone: 210 4956357. Payment in our physical stores is made only through POS.
You can also choose Pickup from the store when ordering. In this case you are NOT charged shipping but you must prepay your order (either by bank deposit, or by credit card, or in cash at the store)
Shipping Charges
FREE shipping for purchases 59 € & over! For purchases under € 59, the shipping charge is € 5 nationwide.

Shipments outside Greece are NOT made.

Returns

Case 1: Returns of products charged by loukatos-shoes.gr
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store at a charge of loukatos-shoes.gr
, in the following cases: If through the fault of loukatos-shoes.gr
Wrong products were sold (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request a refund. The returned products should be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the product should be the one that normally accompanies the product and should be in excellent condition.
The maximum return period may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Case 2: Returns of products at the customer’s expense
The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, free of charge and without obligation to announce the reason for which he wishes the products returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, it is charged with the direct cost of returning the products. Returns will only be accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, without any use damage. No returns are made on offer products

Generally about product returns
In any case of product return, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.).
In case of return of the products, the refund of the money corresponding to the products ordered by the customer, will be completed within 14 working days from the date that loukatos-shoes.gr
will receive the returned products. The return can be done by crediting the customer’s bank account, which he will notify to loukatos-shoes.gr
timely and in writing.
The return will be accepted only by sending with a transport company (courier). We have the right to refuse returns sent by mail.
